Change of the Founder’s Foreign Passport

If the founder’s foreign passport is changed, the new passport details must be entered into the company’s founding documents. This is necessary for two reasons.

Second, there are cases where banks refuse to continue servicing the company account until the founder updates the documents in the central register and provides confirmation to the bank.

Change of the Company’s Main Activity

Change of Company Address

If your company address has changed, you can make changes to the documents. Whether or not this is necessary is hard to say. In practice, almost no one sends anything to these addresses. Maybe once every five years something arrives.

So, it’s up to you — if you want, you can update it. But in most cases, it doesn’t make much of a difference.
